We review the details of the project, answer questions, and request photos or videos when possible to better understand the scope. 2. Free, Upfront Estimate HAUL PROS provides a clear, no-obligation quote based on the size of the clean-out, the volume of items, and the time required. We explain exactly what is included so there are no surprises on the day of service. 3. Scheduling the Service Once the estimate is approved, we schedule a convenient date and time — often offering same-day or next-day service. Customers receive confirmations and reminders so they know exactly what to expect. 4. On-Site Walkthrough Upon arrival, our team performs a quick walkthrough to review everything with the customer. This ensures we understand what needs to be removed, what should stay, and any special instructions. 5. HAUL PROS is built on a strong foundation of hands-on experience in construction, renovation, demolition, and customer service — all of which directly support the level of professionalism we bring to property clean-outs and junk removal. The owner of HAUL PROS began his career in 2007 working for a foundation construction company in Orange County. This company specialized in building custom homes in Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, and Dana Point, giving him real-world training in structural work, jobsite safety, material handling, and large-scale project coordination. After several years in foundation construction, he transitioned into custom tile and marble installation, where he gained detailed experience in home renovation, customer customization, and high-precision workmanship. This role also included full demolition and removal services, which provided the exact skill set needed for professional property clean-outs — from safe tear-downs to efficient debris removal. He later worked at Home Depot as a Merchandising Executive, overseeing multiple departments, managing inventory, and learning how to serve customers at a high standard. This experience strengthened his ability to build systems, manage teams, and communicate clearly — all essential for running a dependable service company. Combining construction knowledge, renovation experience, demolition skills, and years of customer-facing leadership, he built HAUL PROS with a strong understanding of how to safely, efficiently, and professionally handle property clean-outs, junk removal, garage clean-outs, estate clean-outs, and debris removal projects. This diverse background is the backbone of HAUL PROS’ reputation today — a company trained through real experience, built on hard work, and committed to delivering reliable results for every customer.
