I would highly recommend Modesto! He installed 4 ceiling fans & changed out a dining room light which required some modifications. He's great about communicating, answering questions, is punctual, does meticulous work and his rate was very reasonable! I would definitly use him again!

Modesto is exactly what i was looking for. Not only was the price right but Modesto was careful and made it look nice. He followed the directions i gave well and offered his advice, which helped a lot. Communication was perfect and he showed a good attitude. The projects i enlisted him for include outlets, hardwiring of a ring camera and handyman/assembling work. I definitely recommend and will hire again. He exceeded expectations.

I had an excellent experience working with Modesto Pelayo. He showed up early, responded quickly to messages, and was extremely detailed with his work. He kept the entire work area perfectly clean and offered very reasonable pricing.Modesto hung a chandelier light in our living room, and it looks absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely use him again in the future!
