I had an excellent experience working with Modesto Pelayo. He showed up early, responded quickly to messages, and was extremely detailed with his work. He kept the entire work area perfectly clean and offered very reasonable pricing.Modesto hung a chandelier light in our living room, and it looks absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely use him again in the future!

I would highly recommend Modesto! He installed 4 ceiling fans & changed out a dining room light which required some modifications.
He's great about communicating, answering questions, is punctual, does meticulous work and his rate was very reasonable! I would definitly use him again!
