What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the pick up truck! Think of what fits in the back of a standard size pick up truck. Cost includes labor and disposal fees, Gas
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make a phone call to schedule a meeting to provide an estimate. If a meeting is not possible, I ask for pictures that would show me what I could be dealing with. Providing an accurate estimate is extremely important, not only does it provide me a chance to get the deal done. It also shows my potential new customer I mean business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the Construction industry for 20+ years. I’ve done it all from sales to actually being out in the field. I feel like that gives me an advantage, I know which steps to take to make my customers feel that they are doing business with a PRO.
