Jensen Legal Services, Inc. has specialized in Unlawful Detainer evictions evictions for nearl 20 years. We have done work for some of the largest residential apartment management companies along with most of the largest banking institutions in the country. JLS also has expertise in serving thousands of Small Claims, along with Collections, Family Law and regular Civil Actions throughout the state of California.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Typically when searching for a process server most individuals want to do it the cheapest way possible. The local Sheriff's Dept is relatively inexpensive but they do not go out of their way or go the extra mile to make sure the documents get served. While no one can ever guarantee service we will guarantee to make sure your documents are a priority and have a far higher service rate percentage than most process servers.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The average person does not understand that process serving is not just a delivery service. Most servers are very knowledge of their profession and the vast quantity of laws governing it. The successful server is often smart, organized and persistant because we do not want to keep going back on a serve if we dont have to.
