- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our all-inclusive pricing is designed to help our customers budget ahead, by knowing exactly what to expect. No surprise surcharges ever!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll introduce ourselves and our services and then try to collect information on the clients needs. Once we have information on the application (type of property to be managed, size and location) we'll then provide a complimentary rental value analysis as well as a quote for property management services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our property managers are licensed REALTORS with decades of experience. We also have licensed Brokers/Broker Associated who focus on compliance as well as certified as Investment Property Specialists.
