Working with a new customer is all about what they want and need. For service customers, we ask for details on the water treatment equipment, household size and water usage, and then we schedule the service call. For customers wanting whole-house equipment to purchase or have installed, we come by the property to detail the specifics and then provide an accurate quote.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. This includes clients that have existing water treatment equipment, no water treatment equipment, and need either installation or service. Furthermore, we can work with both residential and commercial clients, during either the framing stages of construction or after everything is built and complete.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What are your water must-haves? Do you want softened water for appliances and bathing, and purified water for drinking? What do you want to change about your current water situation?
