Introduction: We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, making it an easy sport to learn for anybody. The program involves learning the better parts of Judo, Greco-Roman wrestling, and submission wrestling for a complete feet to floor game. Our Kickboxing program is a great workout involving kicking targets, heavy bags, Thai pads, and focus gloves. We have professional kickboxing coaches who will teach you the perfect technique, and how to avoid injuries as well. The Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing mix are perfect for those interested in MMA training. Our Boxing program consists of learning all the sport's basics. Students are instructed how to utilize the speed bag, heavy bag, double end bag, as well as the footwork and conditioning needed for sparring in our competition-size boxing ring. Our classes for kids boost their confidence and develop their character, as well as busts bullying.
