- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job. Not hourly..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first introduce my self. I walk trough the property with the client and ask if they have a list. I also ask if there's a specific area they would like have done first. So that the client has a place to be. After that I happily go on to my next task and proceed till the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a five star company.
