I had a wonderful experience working with Jessica on the design of my living room space. She was able to bring to life all my ideas about the living room. She was very attentive to all my requests, answered all my questions and gave great suggestions. My biggest challenge for the living room was choosing a rug. Jessica found several great options for me that I love and that I would otherwise not consider if I was looking for a rug on my own. She also designed a beautiful gallery wall with photos and helped me select photos. I had a vision for the gallery wall for a long time, but I really needed help from a professional to bring it to life. Jessica not only chose the layout of the gallery wall but also gave me a document with precise measurements of where exactly to hang each frame on the wall. Besides photos, she also incorporated decorative baskets to hang among photos which makes the whole concept so much better. I'm extremely grateful to Jessica for all her work!

Jessica had a hard task with the complexity of the design needs of our multiple living spaces and working with my partner and I differences with cost. She had to find a solution and meet price points we set for our 80s remodel. She fulfilled our request and waited on us during a pause we took to figure funding and finding a contractor. She has a range of cost for our affordability on various design options to make our vision a reality. Once our build is completed we’ll post photos.

Jessica was the life force behind a pretty massive year-long full house renovation. She is responsive, professional, did all the major lifting and dealt with the majority of headaches from the contractor, is capable of everything from remodel designs to elevations and architectural detail, all the way to hardware, paint color and even furniture selection. And most importantly, she has a beautiful eye and really got to know me and my style through the process. I charge hourly, and give the client an estimated number of hours for the project before starting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a phone call and get details on the scope of work. I love being as transparent as possible, and explaining to the client my design process and what to expect step by step.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture, so I have a strength in looking at spaces three dimensionally. This means I am a very strong space planner, and seeing how lighting and ceiling elements relate to whats going on below. I am also LEED certified and source furniture and materials sustainably when possible.
