Cody came through and in half the time expected executed what I wanted perfectly. I wanted to turn my apartment patio into a pee area for my dog. He knew exactly how to do it and i’m telling you, this guy came through and did what would have been a three hour job for me done in less than an hour. Fair price as well.

We are very pleased with the work done by Cody Sell. He came in, assessed the job, we agreed on a price, and he executed without issue. When he needed parts, he asked for directions to the local hardware store and got what was necessary to complete the job. I had to leave one evening before Cody finished the job. My wife wasn't comfortable paying him without my reviewing the work. Cody had no issue with that, telling my wife to mail a check after we had checked the system and were satisfied with his work. I was able to check everything the next day, and it all worked beautifully. We mailed him a check that week.
I would highly recommend Cody for any yard service needs including irrigation. In fact, he noticed that two of our irrigation valves were getting old and would probably need replacing soon. When that time comes, you can be sure I plan to call Cody for the job!
