FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I charge $85/hr and 30% mark up on parts.I do not charge travel time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I examine the issues the customer is concerned with and make suggestions based on the various approaches possible and then estimate how long the job will take since I work by the hour.I then make a list of parts needed to complete the project.I normally start early in the morning so I have access to parts all day long.Once the job is complete I ask the customer to inspect it and make any changes they choose.I enjoy working closely with the customer to achieve their vision!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
40 years of being and electrician and over 10,000 service calls and installations has meant that I have worked on and solved many electrical problems.I have trained many younger electricians who have worked for me when I ran a large crew in Los Angeles and lived out of Motel 6 throughout California as I installed systems for a customer that became a national company.
