Introduction: I am passionate about helping people live healthy and pain free lives. I've been doing bodywork for seven years now. I have worked with a variety of clients with different goals and needs. From working moms to competitive athletes to the elderly. The one commonality I have seen is that when offered a chance for deep relaxation the body is capable of self healing. No matter what modality you prefer, I always incorporate this into my work. I firmly believe in the mind/body/spirit connection, and believe in the healing power of touch. My background in Psychology and Arts also gives me a unique sensitivity and awareness.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a variety of clients including those that want relief from chronic pain or recovering from injury or surgery. I've also worked with those who are in treatment for or recovering from cancer and prefer energetic work. I also provide prenatal and postpartum massages to new mothers in their homes. In addition, I work with elderly clients who may require assistance on and off the table and a gentle touch.
