For a year now I have had the pleasure of working out with the my personal trainer Tamara Eristavi. I am a senior and have always loved being active but was beginning to lack the motivation to go workout. I feel so fortunate to have found Tamara and with her expert skills I have accomplished not only a better body image but a new outlook on nutrition. Her workouts are fun and our time just flies by. We start with a beautiful meditation which always grounds me after a stressful day at work and then an invigorating hour of dance, yoga, body weights, bands and never ending encouragement. In my experience with Camarillo Pilates Studio, the instructors have been fantastic, the equipment is up to date and always clean, and the environment is quaint, yet invigorating. I always leave their feeling refreshed and energetic. I am most impressed with the knowledge of the instructors. They are not your every day personal trainers. Love it!
Megan is an amazing yoga teacher. She showed me yoga can be for everyone of all skill levels. Her overall approach is non-aggressive yet very educational about the human body. Personally, it's also an eye opening experience to practice yoga outside of a regular studio. Overall it's huge stress reliever and complete physical and metal makeover every time I practice yoga with Megan.
As Pilates client of Francine's for about a year now, I would definitely recommend her to anyone who has ever thought about giving Pilates a try. I am currently a virtual client of hers but started off with personal one-on-one sessions. If you're wondering if there is a difference between the two experiences, I can tell you that there isn't. Francine is just as warm and as attentive over the screen as she is if she were to be right next to you. She's always very encouraging and is constantly making sure that you, the client, is feeling and doing well throughout your sessions. Also, she is never too busy to answer any questions or concerns you might have regarding any exercises. One of the nicest people and truly a great instructor.
Kristen is The Best Trainer I have found. She give excellent queuing and really knows her stuff.. And that ROM machine is kicking my butt..
Katie is encouraging and pushes my limits without being aggressive. She is good about checking in with me to see how I am doing. She always is prepared and well thought out
