- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process for New Clients at West Property Management: Free Consultation We start with a no-pressure consultation to learn about your property, your goals, and any challenges you're facing. This can be done in person, over the phone, or via Zoom. Property Evaluation We perform a walkthrough (or review photos if remote) to assess the condition of the property, recommend any needed improvements, and determine a competitive rental rate based on market conditions. Management Agreement & Onboarding Once you're ready to move forward, we sign a simple, transparent property management agreement. We then collect key documents, utility info, and get your property set up in our system. Marketing & Leasing We take professional photos, create listings on top rental websites (like Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.), and screen all applicants thoroughly—credit, background, employment, and rental history. Ongoing Management We handle rent collection, maintenance coordination, tenant communication, lease enforcement, and everything in between—while keeping you informed with regular updates and financial reports. Our goal is to provide hands-on, reliable service so you can have peace of mind and consistent rental income.
