- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a consultation to learn about your event, then together we will create a custom cocktail menu. I will then crush the numbers and provide a quote. Once booked, I handle all details — from setup to cleanup — ensuring a seamless and memorable bar experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over thirteen years of experience in the hospitality industry and hold both my RBS and food handler certifications. I’ve worked a wide range of events — from Bar Mitzvahs and weddings to festivals and private celebrations — bringing professionalism, creativity, and care to every bar I set up.
