- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially begin by having clients answer a questionnaire which is the placeholder in our process towards creating their vision. Then as the event comes closer (3-4 weeks prior), we reach out to the client (by phone) and collaborate on a design for the cake and/or dessert display. We strive to make the process as fun and engaging as possible.

Their overall budget. This is key to determining the best accommodation for the number of guests to be served.
