Juan did an excellent job upgrading our electrical system. He replaced both our subpanel and main electrical panel, installed proper grounding, and handled the permitting process from start to finish.
He also coordinated the required scheduling with the city and PG&E, which made the whole process much easier for us. Everything was completed professionally, and Juan was very helpful throughout the project.

I contacted Plug-N-Go Electric because some of my lights stopped working. They came out, diagnosed the issue, and found that a wire from previous work had become disconnected. They repaired the problem and restored my lighting.
While inspecting my electrical system, they also found a safety concern with how my HVAC was connected and explained that it was not properly protected by a breaker. Since my old panel did not have enough space to correct the issue safely, they replaced the panel with a new one that provides protection and room for future electrical needs.

Juan from PLUG-N-GO ELECTRIC was excellent—diligent, detail-oriented, and proactive throughout the job. He replaced four breakers for me, including two main breakers that had been running unusually hot. When he realized the meter needed to be unsealed, he contacted me immediately and guided me through getting PG&E’s assistance so the work could be done properly and safely.
After the replacements, he double-checked everything under full load to confirm the system was operating normally. I strongly recommend Juan and would absolutely hire him again.
