- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We highly recommend the customers to obtain minimum 3 estimates from qualified professional companies. Prices may vary due to each company's standards. Compare the qualifications and reviews, and determine the pricing accordingly. Cheaper rate, in our construction industry, usually means substandard work or materials, and in some cases, BOTH.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will initiate a date for the job site visit to inspect the work scope, and, personally meet with the owners and introduce ourselves. Following the visit, a written and detailed estimate will be provided immediately. Once the proposal is signed to a contract, we will discuss and set an ideal work schedule date. We will closely work with the customers to ensure the most comfortable experience with our firm as possible. Complete the work and clean the job site followed by a final job walk with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully trained and certified company for construction safety standards set by the OSHA and the local agencies. Our journeymen and all trade employees are individually trained for the trade standards for Kelly Moore and Sherwin-Williams paint manufacturer products.
