- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide transparent, upfront pricing based on the scope of work, surface conditions, and materials required. We are a licensed and insured California contractor, and our pricing reflects proper preparation, quality materials, and professional workmanship. Project minimums apply. Most interior projects start at $5,000+, and exterior projects start at $7,500+, depending on size and condition. We do not offer discounts for rushed or low-scope work, and we focus on delivering long-lasting results rather than competing on price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is straightforward and professional. We start with a brief conversation to understand the scope of the project and confirm it aligns with our project minimums. If it’s a good fit, we schedule an on-site walkthrough to review surfaces, preparation needs, and materials. After the walkthrough, we provide a clear, detailed written estimate outlining the scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the project, protect the home, complete proper surface preparation, and apply high-quality finishes. We maintain clear communication throughout the project and perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets our standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has 20+ years of hands-on painting experience, including custom residential work and large commercial projects. Our background includes formal training in professional surface preparation, coatings systems, and job-site management. Prior to focusing on residential projects, we worked in the union commercial painting industry, where quality standards, safety, and proper procedures are required on large-scale jobs. We are a licensed and insured California contractor, and we apply that same level of professionalism and attention to detail to every home we work on.
