- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?In order to send a detailed formal quote we will need to briefly talk over the phone to make sure we fully understand your vision & needs. We also frequently write custom menus for everything from theme parties to a couple's favorite dishes featured in a wedding, and we would be delighted to create a special menu for you When you're ready to speak with us, we'll guide your through the entire process and deliver fantastic options that will be sure to wow your guests!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've been cooking since I was 7 years old. My first career was software engineer; I turned to my lifelong love of cooking in 2004 and have been blessed to provide food for many wonderful people, groups, and events since.
