I did a few remodels in my home. and let me tell you its not as simple as easy as it sounds. One thing I could say that neat for Build did make the process a lot easier and I really appreciate their customer service and The fact that they are always supportive and have amazing communication. This time it wasnt a big remodel just a bathroom but they did a phenomenal job. Thank you guys.

We had a great experience with Need for Build from start to finish. We had an issue with my driveway and hillside eroding away due to the recent heavy rain and needed a retaining wall with a drain to properly fix the issue, which our insurance denied covering. Not only was Need for Build highly responsive when we reached out, but they also came by the very next day to check it out.In that first meeting Darrell identified the problem, gave us numerous quote options based on our financial options, desired functionality, and overall material appearance/durability, and offered to provide us with the necessary supporting evidence to rebuttal the insurance company's denial as this was a common issue in our area at the time and should have been covered. He also explained the company's financing options and warranty for the project, which were better than we had gotten from any other quote. It made it easy from the start to pick them.Once we decided on an option for the cost, materials, and financing, the project was done within 5 days. The crew was fully certified, extremely respectful, and arrived promptly first thing in the morning without being disruptive at any point in time. Darrell was with them every day and kept us updated with the status of the project the whole time, so we weren't left wondering about any issues or delays.The support didn't end there as the team continued to clearly communicate and assist us even after the wall was fully built. At the conclusion of the project, we faced an issue with the financing company and were still discussing the reassement with the insurance company. Darrell, Danny, and Dannie ensured everything went smoothly with both of these issues and made it clear we were a priority for them.We would highly recommend Need For Build for any project you need and have no doubt in my mind that they would treat you with the upsmost respect and attention. We will forever be grateful for the work and support they provided and will definitely be using them again in the near future!

Need for Build is a must for your landscaping needs! We needed an entire backyard remodel and we could not be happier with how it turned out. From meeting Doron and discussing what we were looking for to the beautiful execution, the entire process was seemless. Doron was extremely communicative and his team was punctual. We value both those aspects and Doron definitely delivered. We were able to make tweaks and changes along the way to better fit our vision and he was able to communicate them to his crew and we could not be happier with our beautiful backyard. The job was completed well before the anticipated date too, so extra bonus!! For any future remodeling or upgrades, we will be calling up Doron at Need for Build. Highly recommend!!

We had Need For Build replace our roof that was aged and leaking. They came out and measured, then told us they could get a crew out in 3 days. Sure enough, 3 days later they came out and replaced the roof over the course of the next 2 days. Due to the slope of the roof they had to change plans on what material they could use, which led to our warranty increasing from 30 years to 40 years. There was no additional charge for using the longer lasting material or extending the warranty. Our contractor, Darrell, was very communicative through the entire process. He sent pictures and videos each day to update us on the progress and made sure everything was perfect before we made final payment. Overall it was a very good experience.
