We needed to remodel our newly bought house quickly to move in, as we had to evacuate our Cando. My wife did not like kitchen space and cabinets the bathrooms and flooring. You call it a complete remodeling. Kitchen was the most extensive part of the job.
We searched a lot in Google, Yelp, and other sites of the kind. A number of companies visited us and quoted for the price and time taking to complete.
Some of the suggestions were rejected for their obviously irrational high prices. A few, for the time they needed to complete.
Then we came across to Shahin and Radvand Construction. His suggestion on kitchen and bathroom design grabbed our eyes. He also assured that he can keep our timeline. before signing a contract, we visited two of his projects that confirmed his quality of job.
In short, Shahin is knowledgeable; and with his professional team they could complete the project in promised time with promised quality and within the predicted budget.

We worked with Shahin on our full house remodelling project. Shahin was a pleasure to work with and has great attention to detail. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As I explained above we start with the design, getting the permit and help the client to find the best finish materials and fixtures based on the design and their desire.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
architecture degree and having 20 years of experience in building and remodeling projects.preparing the plans, getting the permit helping the client to buy the finish materials and prepare the property to star the project.
