Really impressed with the punctuality, professionalism and quality of work done by Elshan. Needed help with our clothes dryer and Elshan provided a prompt response, got us on the schedule promptly and was punctual. I was very thankful to schedule my appointment so quickly, and get service done very professionally. He was very friendly and answered my questions and helped me to understand what is the problem with my applications. I thought only my dryer had an issue but he found out that the actual problem that I was considering is from my washer. I was so thankful that he was patient, kind, and knowledgeable to solve all the issues that my both appliances had. I don't want my applications to have a problem often, but if anything happens, I will definitely ask him to work on it for us, again. :)
