I needed to replace a water heater and re-plumb old galvanized pipes with new copper ones. Ben and his team were ready and willing to jump into this big job within days of contacting. They worked long hours to get it all done, including patching and repainting walls within three days. They are skilled plumbers and construction workers so could handle all aspects of the job, including making a suggestion to move the shower head to a new and better location. Having clean, hot water and good pressure again has made a big difference for our family, and I would hire them again for other jobs. The price was competitive and all inclusive - no hidden costs. (Note: their company is called Wedo Construction Group now.)

I hired them to replace my water heater, and I have to say they did an excellent job with that part of the work. The water heater replacement was smooth, and the pricing was reasonable, so I was definitely satisfied at first. However, I did run into issues with other parts of the job. They were supposed to handle a plumbing pipe repair and also check out an HVAC unit to give a repair estimate. Unfortunately, they rescheduled the plumbing repair a couple of times and never actually came to finish it. Similarly, they missed the appointment to look at the HVAC unit and never showed up. I tried reaching out through phone, text, and even the Thumbtack app, but I didn’t get any response. Overall, while they did great on the water heater replacement, the lack of follow-through and communication on the other jobs was disappointing. So I’d give them about 3 stars for the mixed experience.
