They did a really great job repairing a lot of old patch jobs and filled in holes from previous owners. They offered two surface finishing methods as samples for me to look at and sign off on which way I wanted, and it blended so well I could hardly tell where the repairs were done. They also provided some good recommendations on paint sheen by room and did really well with the paint work. This is no land-lord-special work. German and Team take pride in the quality of their work and it shows. The sanding prep work, the multiple coats to ensure no show-through or previous color, the masking and touch up’s were all done with attention to detail. We were really happy with the result.
