- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of each move is always individual and negotiated with the client. It always depends what kind of moving : Long distance or Local moving, Furniture packing or full packing service. Pricing is also affected by heavy items like a piano or heavy professional equipment that requires professional tools. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo we also accept debit and credit cards. Fees are available only for credit card payments. As a rule, this is 10-15 dollars more than the cost of each hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is always important for us to send the client all the information with the cost of our services. After sending the letter we will definitely call the client and clarify the details of the move in detail. Also, if necessary, we can send our employee to inspect the house, apartment in order to give a preliminary estimate (for free). (what size of truck is needed for the move, how many hours can this move take) If the client agrees with our conditions and the price of the move, we reserve the date of the move. the client must leave a deposit in the amount of 100 to 200 dollars. The deposit is returned if the client does not cancel the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The team of our movers has been working in the moving industry for 3 to 10 years. Daily work on the moving gives a lot of experience to our employees. Sometimes our guys do things that seem impossible. We have motivational programs and bonuses in our company. Therefore, our guys do their job 101 percent. Each mover is certified and knows perfectly well how to pack the personal belongings of clients, how to pack different types of furniture. How to stock things in a truck so that they arrive without a single damage. Each employee follows safety precautions. We conduct individual trainings with each employee so that they understand how important it is for our customers to be always satisfied.
