Roberto was very efficient with what i needed and was also very accommodating. I was extremely please and highly recommend Rivera & Associates to anyone i know. I put off hiring Private Investigators for years and i cam across a situation i had no choice but to hire. I interviewed many and no one seems to take the time to actually listen to my needs and concerns like Roberto. Thank you again Roberto for all your help.May 17, 2016Verified
Very responsive, easy to communicate with, very fast service. I very much appreciated Mr. Rivera's guidance and work, he was the first private investigator I had ever worked with.Mar 14, 2019Verified
I needed an experienced Private Investigator, and interviewed, two others, so pleased with Robert! I met with Robert, he was honest, kind, and forthcoming. He explained the process, of serving someone, time involved, and followed up with many emails, to my many questions. He is extremely experienced, and he follows through with every step. I would highly recommend Robert( RIVERA AND ASSOCIATES) for anyone who needs a process server, or investigate work down quickly. Mountain View Ca L.B.Feb 11, 2019
I called from out of town to set an appointment for the service of papers. My call was answered immediately and followed up with a text giving me all the directions, and information for my request. I emailed the documents over with payment through PayPal (so easy!). Had I not put down the wrong address, the service would have been complete in less than 8 hours from our initial conversation! The next day, first thing in the morning I received a text that the service was complete and my documentation was emailed. So professional!!! I highly recommend Rivera & Associates Private Investigators!!!May 24, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Typically my estimates would be a minimum of a certain amount of hours for the assignment requested, depending on the method of payment and terms of payment. I will draft a contract and request a retainer to start. Additional hours are available through further negotiation again depending on method of payment and amount of hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I initiate conversation with clients via telephone or email. I ask them to make their detailed request, some of the subject's and case information and provide a budget they are working with. I can usually then review the information, ask specific questions and then provide a more detailed and educated quote for the specific services they are requesting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a graduate of Saint Francis High School and hold a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice Administration, with a concentration in Law Enforcement and a Minor in Sociology, from California State University. I have also completed subsequent graduate work in Criminology at San Jose State University.
