- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically my estimates would be a minimum of a certain amount of hours for the assignment requested, depending on the method of payment and terms of payment. I will draft a contract and request a retainer to start. Additional hours are available through further negotiation again depending on method of payment and amount of hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initiate conversation with clients via telephone or email. I ask them to make their detailed request, some of the subject's and case information and provide a budget they are working with. I can usually then review the information, ask specific questions and then provide a more detailed and educated quote for the specific services they are requesting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Saint Francis High School and hold a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice Administration, with a concentration in Law Enforcement and a Minor in Sociology, from California State University. I have also completed subsequent graduate work in Criminology at San Jose State University.
