What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is 95.00 dollars an hour plus the cost of materials. Normally when troubleshooting a problem it's hard to give an exact cost. This is because I don't know how long or short amount of time it will take to solve the problem. For the most part I like to give a ballpark figure to my clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school diploma, graduated in 2000.
I have thousands of hours of on the job training experience.
Online courses of electrical theories/ electric mathematic equations.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began working in the electrical field at the young age of 15. I was still in high school, and on summer break I went to work with my father who is an owner operator of his electrical contracting business. I learned a lot theories and basics of electricity. When I graduated from high school I worked full time for him. In 2007 I passed the CSLB C-10 electrical exam. I officially got my contractors license
In 2008. And it's been a great prosperous journey so
far, and I look forward to growing my business into the future.
