- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system because I find most customers are unique, and their needs vary. I custom the price to fit each need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to initially have a phone conversation to fully understand the customer needs. Based on those needs I then give a quote for the actual shoot, which includes what I will provide; i.e. actual shooting time, post production work, CD of photos, prints, or any other special needs that the customer wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I don't have a formal degree, I have taken numerous photography classes to enhance my knowledge. I also have been shooting most of my life, since I was 19.
