My name is Rafael, I've been doing assemblies for a long time, but been on Thumbtack for over a year now, I have helped my neighbors and community of los angeles through this hard times of covid19, by putting a lot of equipment together in their houses or apartments so they can continue exercising at home in a safe environment, I do this always with a face mask, using gloves, and sanitizing machined after assembly to protect me and my customers.
I make sure that the equipment works properly every time and show customers how to use and maintain.

My experience with RAO assembly was very positive and rewarding. They were able to digest the instructions and put together my Rep Fitness Functional Trainer 5000. Rafael took the time to explain maintenance procedures on the equipment such as adjusting loose cables and maintaining lubrication. They were also clean and helped me move the pallet and crate to the curb for bulky item pickup. Very customer service oriented. I will hire them again for future projects.

Rafael came to our rescue! We had a gym set that was partially assembled and didn’t know where the previous assembler left off. Rafael arrived on time and was up for the challenge. Immediately checked off all the boxes to ensure the Integrity of the previous work wasn’t compromised and quickly took inventory. His knowledge of fitness equipment and it’s use provided us with piece of mind. He was on time and extremely reasonable with his quote. We highly recommend him and wouldn’t second guess hiring him again!
