- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am have competitive pricing, but also am an expert in my field.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I consult over the phone with pictures and FaceTime to know what I need to use to help that client for his or her inspirations. When I get to your home I am very patient and open to discussing your hair journey. You are in great hands!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Charles Ross Beauty School in West Hollywood, CA. I worked with top Stylist in hair cutting -Robert Butler and also trained with Tracy Hill - a top Haircolorost at Arthur John Salon in West Hollywood. I worked in Beverly Hills, then moved to Sun Valley, Idaho where I had my own Salon called Frends Salon. I came back to LA 5 yrs later worked at Statis Salon in Encino as well as worked in Toluca Lake. I’m now in Burbank at Dylan Keith Salon where I am enjoying the high-end salon experience and learning something new everyday as we are constantly doing classes on current color technique and styles.
