- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer many packages and a la carte pricing to fit most budgets. Check out my website for a breakdown of my packages. Ask about my discount/promotion/referral program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because the technology keeps changing, the lenses keep changing, and the software keeps changing, there is no way I would be able to stay competitive if I didn't continue to educate my self on all these improvements. Additionally, there are so many great photographers to learn from. I find myself constantly looking at other people's work to inspire me!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved the storytelling process. Whether it is fiction or non-fiction, I have a strong desire to be apart of that process! I earned my BA in Journalism with an emphasis in photojournalism. Out of college I was a stringer (paid per assignment) for various local newspapers in the surrounding Los Angeles area. I became a stay at home mom and now that my kids are older, I want to get back to that storytelling process. Shooting special occasions gives me the same excitement I felt when shooting for the newspapers.
