Jennifer said she would come to my hair. Another stylist had done my hair and completely screwed it up and my color was hideous and embarrassing. I needed someone to come right away to correct the color. we were set on a day and then when I hadn't heard from her the day of, I reached out to follow up and she and she asked if we could do it two days later, as if she had already scheduled other appointments for our original day. She then cancelled and rescheduled me four more times before I said I was going to find someone else. I thought it was completely unprofessional given how urgent my circumstances were, and how much money I was about to spend with her. Very disappointing.
