I initially contacted Amaury to repair our Maytag Washer and he was able to easily address and fix the issue. Within less than a week, our refrigerator stoped working and he came out to diagnose and address our next moves. In that same visit he we got to talking about my 22 year old Scion that's been sitting in our driveway that I've been wanting to get running again so my 16 year old could start learning how to drive in it. I mentioned that it was probably no more than a starter issue. Next thing I know we're setting up the next appointment to have him replace the starter, AND the rear drum brakes (that also just happen to need replacing). If it wasn't for him, I would've had to resume my search for a shop that SOUNDED reasonable AND the trouble of towing it to whatever shop I was going to take a chance on. He was very reasonably priced for all services - he's fair and and I also appreciated the explanation and knowledge he shared for each of the appointments/issues. So I threw in a little extra $ as appreciation for his effort, convenience AND versatility. I would highly recommend Amaury, even beyond Thumbtack.

Amauray responded to my request very quickly, was here exactly on time. We already had a working hypothesis as to what was wrong with the washer, and he brought the part with him but still walked me through some diagnostics. He was really transparent about his thinking process, even though I know nothing about washers, he still took time to show me and explain what was happening. Within two hours, the machine was working perfectly! Would definitely hire him again

Amaury was very quick to respond, kept good communication, worked hard and took extra time to clean our washer and dryer thoroughly. He recommended a couple minor fixes one no charge and the other just a $15 part. We are super happy and would use him again.
