Greetings, I am a chef, craft bartender and event curator working in the hospitality industry since I was old enough to get a workers permit. 30 years later I have been recognized in Edible Monterey for my culinary and libation creations at my current business. I have a background in classic French technique but currently run a kitchen in a gastropub type setting. I was a seamstress with a boutique in Los Angeles but ultimately wanted to cook for a living. I am an artistic person by nature and love to create memories and environments people love. I have also curated art shows and music events for many years. Ambiance is everything. I am looking to get back to curating unique and intimate dining experiences for the company I had to put on hold due to the pandemic. My company is called Feast & Frolic. I am fully licensed.

We had the pleasure of having Chef Tawni cook for a friend’s bachelorette weekend in Carmel, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Tawni was warm, professional, and made the evening feel really special. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and perfect for our celebration. She created a menu that felt elevated and every single dish was a hit, especially the beet salad and pistachio crusted salmon. Beyond the incredible meal, Tawni’s presence brought such a welcoming energy to the evening. She left the kitchen more spotless than when she arrived which was above and beyond what we expected. I can’t recommend her highly enough for anyone looking to add something memorable and meaningful to their event.

I cannot say enough positive things about Tawni! I reached out with very little notice for a dinner for my husband and she knocked it out of the park! She recreated a dessert from our trip to Paris, and made dishes that honored my husband's heritage. She is creative, friendly, and a fantastic chef.

We had a wonderful party thanks to Tawny. She and her team were exceedingly gracious and hard-working. She transported an entire kitchen into my house and cooked up a storm. Her assistant was making rounds with passed apps and my guests were impressed with the freshness of the food and the finesse of the cocktails. It was a pleasure to work with her and she made my evening so much more fun by taking the burden off my shoulders. Definitely going to hire this pro again.
