We have a 3br/2ba 2000sqft home, and they did a good job covering all the main areas. We have 3 kids 6 and under, so there were some clutter to work around even though we worked to clear as much clutter as possible. Bathrooms and kitchen were very well done. No mopping of floors in basic service, but they can do it if you build a detailed cleaning plan with them. Would recommend to use Betty's.

I've hired 3 cleaning service providers in Aptos through Thumbtack. They were all 5-star rated. Betty Cleaning Service has been the best by far. If you're trying to decide between different service providers, I recommend you go with Betty.
