This woman is utterly insane. We hired Sunrise to clean a bathroom in our house. Not only did they do a poor job and ignore the areas we told them to focus on, the cleaner shattered our shower door! It's now been 3 months, and after promising to have her insurance fix the door within two weeks, the owner Tracy has refused to communicate with us, her and her cleaner left broken glass all over our bathroom, charged us full price for the cleaning two months after it happened without informing us, refused to refund our money despite her service guarantee forcing us to contact our bank, called the cops on us when my fiance went to her business (the cops sided with my fiance, she had a right to be there), just left a glass shower door on our front porch while we were away without all the parts and of course without actually installing it, refused to delete our financial info when we demanded it after her unauthorized charge . . . this is crazy and I have no idea how this woman is in business. We are now having to take her to court to get this resolved, despite giving her countless opportunities to just get our door installed, refund our money and be done with this. She is a liar, fraud and a cheat, she will rip you off, and her cleaning service just sucks at cleaning on top of all of that.

Sunrise is one of those reliable, dependent businesses that truly delivers on its promise. Owner Tracy is seriously dedicated to not only providing the best cleaning experience ever, but doing so without the use of any toxic products. I'd recommend them in a minute.

I have been using Sunrise Service for years at our beach house and couldn't be happier. Owner Tracy is dependable, conscientous and thorough enough for my critical eye. She will often check the house after a heavy storm or bring in my trash cans. Nothing is too big or small for us to ask of her and her employees. Sunrise Cleaning Service cleans my house like I would if I had the time. I give them the highest rating possible.
