Installed a Hot water heater under a house in the mountains. We had to clean out the rat nests and bleach the surrounding area before being able to installing the new one. The job was supposed to take an hour or two but complications lead into us coming back after the area had dried out. We came back that night and got the heater installed and had the client back up with hot water by morning. The added benefit was there was no more ammonia smell from the rats and we felt as though we provided exceptional service and made the area a safer place to live for our client.
