- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since each project is different, pricing will vary, but you should know that I am consistent with how I determine my prices because I am always considering the quality of the work I will be delivering along with the amount of time necessary to finish it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know my customers is the most important part of the process so I make it a point to ask particular questions that will give me meaningful insight on who I am working with and what he or she is looking for. I also like to make sure my customers have a good idea of who I am and how my writing can benefit their needs. Transparency is important and I want to ensure rapport is established so that we connect, understand one another, and in the end, I create something that my customer will love.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling so a lot of my assignments encouraged me to channel emotions through my writing and that is something I regularly apply to my writing. I've also completed a "Creative Apprenticeship" that allowed me to gain experience in the digital marketing field and through that course, I was able to help a local health insurance agency by recreating their website and provide informative written pieces to help the business thrive.
