FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Corporate parties, weddings, family reunions are some of our popular parties. We also do traveling rv groups and police groups. The Fuzz that Was is our next group that we are looking forward to. We have traveled to Newberry Springs, Apple Valley, Barstow, Victorville and Phelan are some of our desert stops. We have gone to Hollywood, Los Angeles and Rolling Hills. We have served up to 1300 people at 1 time. Most parties are between 35 to 200 persons. Our minimum charge is $500.00. We serve really good food.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of our recent jobs required us to serve out 2 times for lunch that day. The first serving was to be at 11:00 am for lunch for the day crew. There were a lot of contractors from different states, some being Idaho, Alabama, Kentucky and New York. We hit the timing right on the number and was ready to serve right on time. After we finnished we had to clean up and get ready for another lunch. This one was to take place at 8:00 in the evening. We also hit this one right on time and all of the remarks were about how great the food was. Most of the out of staters said that this was the best meat that they had ever eaten. anywhere.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a barbecue caterer like us please set your time and try to stick to your schedule. We pride ourself on being able to hit your time within a few minutes. 5 or 10 minutes doesn't make any difference but if you tell us that you want to start serving food at 5:00 and at 4:30 you tell us that you want to wait until 7:00 we may have a slight problem. It is hard to hold barbecue for a couple of hours without it drying out.
