- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in simple, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every quote is customized based on your event, location, and the services you need. A deposit secures your date, and I offer bundled discounts when booking both DJ and Photo Booth services together. My goal is to provide great value while creating an unforgettable experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, we'll discuss your event, vision, and budget. I'll answer any questions, provide a personalized quote, and once you're ready, a deposit reserves your date. Before the event we'll go over music preferences, timelines, special requests, and Photo Booth designs so everything is ready. On event day, I arrive early, handle setup, and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been DJing since 2015 and have spent years learning live event production, music programming, crowd reading, audio equipment, lighting, and customer service through hands-on experience. I continually invest in professional equipment and stay up to date with new technology to provide the best possible experience for every client.
