Experience was excellent. He communicated clearly and quickly, accommodated a same-day appointment within a few hours, and completed a large Amazon swing-set assembly—typically a two-person job—entirely on his own. He followed the instructions carefully, ensured everything was done correctly, and finished in a very efficient time frame. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.
