Robert was incredibly nice, personable, and professional. I was concerned about mold in my home, so hired Robert to come do non-intrusive airtests. He was extremely knowledgable, talked me through every step of his process, and really inspired my confidence in his work. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Contacted Robert about some roof damage we had, he got right back to me. He had someone out to look at our roof the same day, he e-mailed me a estimate that evening and was very please with it. He was very professional and so where the two guys he had come out and do the job.

For some of the standard tasks, yes, we have standard pricing but as always every project is different and prices may fluctuate based upon site conditions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss project related information and/or requirements.
Give ballpark quote range over the phone to establish whether the customer would like a site visit and firm quote.
Schedule an inspection and 24-48 hr comprehensive quote with recommended repairs and/or different options for repair or completion of project..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4th generation contractor with hands on experience since I was 14 years old.
Mold inspection and Abatement training.
Hazmat Training.
Heavy equipment training.
Performed inspections and repairs on over 10,000 foreclosed homes in the recession.
