During the last 3 years, I've hired contractors for new concrete, granite countertops, interior/exterior painting, ceramic & porcelain floor tile, bathroom remodels, ... and out of all of these, Ari from Custom Touch Tile is the best. The contractor that did my bathrooms, really messed up. I filed a complaint with the State. Contractors providing repair bids didn’t want to just fix the problems. They wanted to gut the area and start over. Super expensive but Ari fixed everything. Aside from the grout problem in the guest bathroom, the biggest problem was the master shower. The grout color was not consistent and it was cracked. Water leaked beyond the dam and the shower floor didn't drain properly. Ari removed all the grout and the entire shower floor. Not only was the previous floor pan sloped incorrectly, the padding was basically laid on dirt. Ari had to build a new foundation. He compacted the dirt, filled the area in with concrete, ensured it sloped correctly, added the padding, the tile and then grouted and sealed everything at a fraction of what others wanted. I am so very, very happy. The bathrooms are perfect. You won't be disappointed with Ari. He is outstanding.

Ari was excellent to work with from start to finish! He did two bathrooms for us and both looked amazing. He was patient, professional, and everything turned out great. He went above and beyond and we are so happy with how both bathrooms turned out. Highly recommended!

Ari is phenomenal! He is very talented. I contacted many contractors through Thumbtack and within a few interactions via text/email, I immediately felt at ease with Ari. He was patient, thorough, answered all my questions, was transparent and professional. Although others may have charged less, in reading their reviews and interacting with them for just a few minutes, I could assess right away that they would not be patient with me nor clear on exactly what I wanted to accomplish. Ari was not only extremely kind and polite, but he was also thorough and very experienced in his responses and I felt right way, without reservation, that he was the right person for this job. I wanted a kitchen backsplash to put in, with a “picture frame” decorative tile above my gas range. I went to more than 10 stores to find the exact tile I wanted for the aesthetic I wanted to accomplish. I found the European tile at a dedicated tile store. It was not as cheap as getting tile from a big box store, so I knew that whoever I hired to install it, had to know what they were doing and not wreck it nor cause a lot of waste. Ari was the right person for the job. I waited for him to be available as he is in high demand, but I am so glad I did! He showed up when he said he would, was so careful and respectful of my home from the very start. Laid protective stuff on my floors and counters, cleaned up after he left, even if he had to return the next morning. Ari has a very happy demeanor and is very considerate. A lot of contractors will come in like a canon ball and leave dust, trash, etc. Not Ari. He is absolutely meticulous with his work, a true perfectionist. He kept me apprised of every step and concurred with me when he would run into a challenge, like a part of the wall that was not level etc. to ensure that I would be happy with the result. I truly cannot say enough about Custom Tile Touch. They are who you need to hire if you care about achieving an impeccable stunning end result from a contractor who will listen to you carefully, attentively work with you and be respectful of your home and your time.
