The contractor that did my bathrooms, really messed up. I filed a complaint with the State. Contractors providing repair bids didn’t want to just fix the problems. They wanted to gut the area and start over. Super expensive but Ari fixed everything.
Aside from the grout problem in the guest bathroom, the biggest problem was the master shower. The grout color was not consistent and it was cracked. Water leaked beyond the dam and the shower floor didn't drain properly.
Ari removed all the grout and the entire shower floor. Not only was the previous floor pan sloped incorrectly, the padding was basically laid on dirt.
Ari had to build a new foundation. He compacted the dirt, filled the area in with concrete, ensured it sloped correctly, added the padding, the tile and then grouted and sealed everything at a fraction of what others wanted.
I am so very, very happy. The bathrooms are perfect. You won't be disappointed with Ari. He is outstanding.
