- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% military discount. Also I run specials throughout the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important that I have a phone conversation with them. Ask a few questions and make sure it’s a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am level one and two reiki certified. I have my valid esthetician’s license and I am v steam certified.
