Having the energy field surrounding my body was in deep dark depression. one session of reiki with thriving roots energy work?, i felt how to give love to the energy around me. And to this day before meditation i use the tools i experience during that session.

I worked with Steph and it really changed my life. I learned so much from her about food and how it not only impacts my body but also impacts my emotional, mental, and spiritual state. I offer a 10% military discount. Also I run specials throughout the year.

It is important that I have a phone conversation with them. Ask a few questions and make sure it’s a good fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am level one and two reiki certified. I have my valid esthetician’s license and I am v steam certified.
