I worked with Steph and it really changed my life. I learned so much from her about food and how it not only impacts my body but also impacts my emotional, mental, and spiritual state. She is filled with knowledge, patience, and was a joy to work with. Her work really changed my life and I can't say that enough. I am forever grateful. My skin cleared, my brain was more focused, my sleep was better and my brain was less foggy. I am excited to work with her some more because there was always something new, excited, and healing to learn.

I offer a 10% military discount. Also I run specials throughout the year.

It is important that I have a phone conversation with them. Ask a few questions and make sure it’s a good fit.

I am level one and two reiki certified. I have my valid esthetician’s license and I am v steam certified.
