- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do also offer: -Whole home cleaning (deep or standard cleaning) -Weekly, biweekly and monthly -Move out and move in Bedrooms Standard cleaning I. Dust (Headboard, dresser, nightstand, ceiling fans, light fixtures) Does not include Closet* II. Sanitize regularly touched areas (Doorknobs, closet doors) III. Polish wood (optional - no extra free if desired) IV. Vacuum/sweep (includes closet area if applicable) V. Steam mopped (includes closet area if applicable) VI. Trash bag removal VII. Does not include past entry doorway (unless combined with bathroom service) VIII. Requires 1 ½ – 2 ½ hour service window (time estimate may vary) Bathrooms Standard cleaning I. Sanitize and clean stove tops and oven doors (exterior portion only – includes cleaning of stove grates – polish stainless steel if applicable) V. Sanitize and clean over-the-counter microwaves as well as over-the-stove microwaves (interior and exterior is included – polish stainless steel if applicable) VI. Service includes cleaning any other small appliance on the counter VII. Sanitize regularly touched areas (kitchen doorknobs, kitchen closet doors and/or pantry doors) VIII. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I. As a standard way of doing business, we will have a standardized check list as well as notes that will be taken from the customer when the appointment is created on what the goals are in the service the day of II. We will discuss what the needs are and how we can achieve those goals with the best interest of the customer in mind III. A general description of the current state of cleanliness IV. Work with customer on setting an appointment and receive a holding fee of $25 that will count towards the service V. At the end of service we will provide a copy of such checklist to the customer and go over on the service provided

As a child I would accompany my parents working their own cleaning services including commercial spaces and residential homes
