- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts to clients who need weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service. It’s hard to know exactly what price until I have exact details of the property. Sq footage, number of rooms, office type, etc. It’s better if we have communication so we avoid any misunderstandings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give notice that it will be a crew who will be arriving so customers don’t freak out. Which is normal when you have strange people coming in to your place of home. We presents our selves and we have a tour of the home and go over what duties will be involved for the day. If customers are home, we will continually ask if the areas we cleaned are at their satisfaction. We would hate to leave and not leave our customer satisfied.
