- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually bid by the job, factor in time and material, and try to give a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would first meet with the customer, check out the job at hand, explain what needs to be done, and discuss a price that will fit both our needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the carpenter's union for many years, though them I have many certificates and qualifications, also have many certificates though my current employer, lot of training, and safety training.
