CeJae Photography - Portrait Photographer

Hey, I'm Cierra! (but you can call me CeJae, too!) I'm a sarcastic, 5'1, 5th generation Santa Barbarian who has a passion for capturing beautiful people in beautiful places. Nice to meet you. I took an interest in photography when I was twelve and received my first point-and-shoot camera, but didn't fall in love with it until I took a course in photography when I was fifteen. I started out doing fine-art, over-the-top conceptual work, but soon I grew to love portraiture and photographing every-day people in the ways I found most beautiful. Over the past 7 years, it's grown into this blooming business, and I couldn't be happier to be doing what I love. I specialize in on-location, natural light portraiture and small weddings and elopements. I aim to capture the happiness and natural beauty of my clients, while putting my own style into the photographs, producing bright, colorful images filled with happiness and light. But the most important part of my job is simply just getting to know my clients; getting to know YOU! Making sure you are comfortable and happy in front of the camera is one of (if not the most) important thing to me. I aspire to fill my life with laughter and happiness, and I hope I can help you do the same by providing you with my services. I absolutely love being able to capture someone when they are truly happy. I like being able to make people laugh, and being able to capture their real happiness on camera would be payment enough if it paid the bills! I've met so many amazing people through photography, and I wouldn't be who I am today if I hadn't started. Working with clients fills my heart more than anything else in the world (except for maybe a nice cup of tea!) and I can't see myself doing anything else!
